LED Books Vault (the “App”) is an internal software tool built by and for Lake Eola Dental, Orlando, Florida (“Lake Eola Dental,” “we”). It makes backup copies of Lake Eola Dental’s own QuickBooks Online accounting records. This agreement governs use of the App.
1. Who may use the App
The App is for internal use only by Lake Eola Dental’s owner and personnel he authorizes. It is not offered, sold or licensed to any other person or business, and it connects only to QuickBooks Online companies owned by Lake Eola Dental.
2. What the App does
With the permission granted through Intuit’s sign-in (Accounting access only), the App reads accounting records, attachments and reports from Lake Eola Dental’s QuickBooks Online company and stores copies on computers and storage accounts controlled by Lake Eola Dental. Any change the App makes to QuickBooks records is made only at the direct request of an authorized user.
3. Disconnecting
Access can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps) or by contacting us. Once disconnected, the App can no longer read QuickBooks data; backup copies already made remain Lake Eola Dental’s business records.
4. No warranty
The App is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Intuit Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App.
